Ekta has done Masters in Sales & strategy from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai. She is an engineering graduate, University topper and gold medalist in Electronics & Communications stream.
With more than 15 years of experience in strategy formulation, pre-sales, marketing and business development for both international and domestic markets, she is responsible for the expansion of client spectrums with the assurance in delivery of a global niche & standard customer experience. She spearheads the business development team for My Insider.
As Regional Head of ESOP Direct, Singapore, Ekta oversees operations in South East Asia.

Jalaj is a Chartered Accountant and has received his graduation degree in Commerce from the University of Allahabad. He leads the business development function for My Insider.
During his association of more than 7 years with us, Jalaj has been involved with multiple roles in conceptualization, design and deliverance. He has handled mandates for multiple global clients. He is currently responsible for business development for core service and product offerings as well as managing the firm’s relationships.
Before joining us, Jalaj worked with TCS where he held a variety of roles as business analyst, PMO and sales lead for over four years.
